About the MCU shows: the Disney+ shows are a different continuity from the Defenders shows (which were all originally Netflix productions) so it might make more sense to either have a third category for the D+ shows, let them be split into their own thing or collapse them under MCU as they have the most characters in common with the movies.
So the Defenders shows are: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, the Punisher and the ensemble show The Defenders.
While the D+ shows are: WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, Hawkeye, Moon Knight and Ms Marvel, with What If...? Being its own separate thing.
There have been some small cameos from defenders characters into the MCU/D+ universe but they are mostly really separate for now.
